This quiet, country home is minutes away from Beaches, Wineries, the Arroyo Grande Village & Lopez Lake. Enjoy peace & tranquility while taking in the views of rolling hills, meadows, vineyards, deer, birds, and even a partial ocean view from your deck (on clear days)! We have 3 dogs, 1 goat, 11 chickens & 2 cows on our 7 acre property. Sometimes we have pigs too! Come and stay in our Guesthouse, relax, explore the property, walk the quiet country lanes. For a rural setting, we are surprisingly close to all amenities, beaches, and wineries.

Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis.
