Enjoy our stand-alone studio on Wollochet Bay. Studio is above detached garage and is the guest house behind the waterfront home. Beach studio has private circular stairway entrance. Located on quiet and serene private lane only 7 miles to downtown Gig Harbor for historic fishing village strolls and great dining. Kayaks provided. 700-square-foot studio features three skylights, high ceilings, two sets of French doors, 2nd bath dnstrs, ceiling fan and lots of surrounding windows A/C. Wash/dry

Sunset Lagoon Retreat is located on a private island in the Puget Sound of Washington. Please note: Maximum stay from May 1 - Sept 30 is 2 weeks. THE CROW'S NEST is a 739 sq ft, private, 2nd-story studio apartment above the detached garage of a waterfront home. It has 10' ceilings and is fully furnished with a private entrance. Walk down the path alongside the house & find incredible views of the bay and Mt Rainier. Use of our 2 small kayaks and the fire pit is free. Downtown quaint historic Gig Harbor is 5-7 miles away from this convenient and affordable guest house.

While the delightful downtown of Gig Harbor and the beautiful Puget Sound are just a few minutes away, this location is great and convenient for exploring the South Sound area of Washington State. The apartment suite is a dedicated space in the brightly lit daylight basement of our home with its own parking and private entry. The neighborhood is well established with lovely, well cared for homes and beautiful surroundings.
