There is a supermarket, convenience store, and coin laundry within walking distance. It's self-check-in system, late-night arrivals are no problem. ★Important The room is equipped with a private toilet and shower. The washing machine is located in the shared space on the 3rd floor. The room is located on the 4th floor. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.

Our home is a 15 minute train ride from Shinjuku. The town of Nogata is lively and convenient, and we are a few blocks away in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will stay on the first floor, with use of the basement of our three-story house. You will have your own entrance, complete privacy and almost everything you will need to feel at home upon your arrival. Our home is best for families, remote workers or people who like to relax after a long day.

Room rates are the same for up to 4 people. An additional fee is required from the 5th person onwards. No contact with other guests I will rent out the entire third floor of my house. Each floor is separate, so your privacy is protected. It's a 65㎡ 2LDK, so you can relax . You can come by direct train from either Haneda or Narita Airport. However, there is no elevator, so you will need to carry your luggage by yourself

The house is built about 50 years ago. The house renovated of all rooms by us. There are a Japanese style room and a bedroom on 2nd floor. There are dining room and living room on 1st floor. I made dishes and cups. We prepare microwave , toaster and electronic pot and sugar and salt, and seasoning.s We don't have gas stove. Request for producing of passports, etc. for identification purposes.
