The village is a great base for country walks in the Kent Downs, with plenty of local pubs for pit stops, or visits into Canterbury for its vibrant nightlife. Bus Services to Canterbury, Dover and the surrounding villages. Train service from Canterbury to London, Dover and Whitstable. Why visit Watling House... - Fantastic walks in an area of outstanding natural beauty - Lots of local amenities on your doorstep - three village pubs, local shop, butchers and a frequent bus service into Canterbury (approx 10 mins). - Close to the historic cathedral city of Canterbury. Visit the Cathedral, Canterbury Tales and the historic city walls. - You can nip up to London on the UK's first highspeed service from Canterbury West (approx 55 mins) or a day trip to France (approx 20 mins from the Port of Dover and the Channel Crossing). We haven't been able to list all of the great things to do in the area but can always tell you more... we would recommend a trip to one of the local Kentish vineyards for some famous English Fizz!

The Little House is a charming 2 bed cottage right in the centre of Minster High Street. The ground floor is an open plan kitchen and living room, while upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a built in oven and a washing machine. The first floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms are small but perfectly formed, both would delight George Clarke, while the bathroom has a 1.5m bath plus shower over.

Rest assured Nick holds a Level 3 qualification in pool plant operation so we know to make sure the pool is always clean and healthy.

Beautiful barn conversion with woodland area and enclosed area, pets are welcome. The barn has 3 bedrooms, and a spacious open plan kitchen family room with new Hunter wood burner. . The hot tub is situated in the paddock area giving uninterrupted views and secluded by trees. We are near a number of lovely beaches and walks and some super restaurants. . The barn can be rented along with the main house, which sleeps 16.

The Beach House Margate

Situated on the sea wall (30 seconds from the sand) with breathtaking views and an open balcony looking straight over the sea. The house is designed by RIBA award winning architect Guy Holloway, and inspired by the traditional seaside beach hut. There is no other property like it in Margate.
