Set in the heart of the Weald countryside, this beautifully designed two-level luxury suite offers a peaceful escape for couples. Within a family home but with your own private entrance and staircase (no shared areas). Very close to Sissinghurst Castle, Leeds Castle, Headcorn Aerodrome ( often displays of our famous Spitfire) Romney Hythe and Dimchurch railway, Benenden and Sutton Valance Schools, Biddenden Vineyard, Sissinghurst Gardens, The Big Cat Sanctuary and much more. So much to see and do.Great local pubs and foodie places. We are also very close to the Euro tunnel (20 mins) so makes a great stopover en route to France.

Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, cyclists and walkers.

Cosy Woodland Annexe

Our Annexe is a modern, cozy space, with free parking. The annexe is adjoining our home, but guests have their own private entrance. Inside is a spacious lounge, with settee, table and chairs, TV with Netflix and WiFi. We can offer our guests a breakfast of home cooked pastries, just let us know if it is something you would like.There is a seperate good sized, bedroom overlooking the garden,with a double bed and wardrobe. There is modern shower room with toiletries provided.

Detached Loft with country Views and garden

Conifers Loft is a relaxing detached country side retreat, with elevated views, and private garden and patio. Great Dixters & Bodiam are a short drive and the ancient town of Rye 15 minutes. A car is recommended. This is a perfect base for nature lovers, with accessible country walks straight from our side gate. Continental breakfast is provided in your accommodation and a private parking space. The traditional local pub (The Rose & Crown) is a 10 min walk.

Come and stay in this garden paradise on the edge of a pretty East Sussex village, with fantastic food (breakfast included) and lovely scenery. Sleeps 2-4. We're in the same village as Great Dixter, and 20 mins from Sissinghurst, Pashley Manor and Batemans. It's 15 mins to the hilltop town of Rye, and 20 mins to Camber Sands and Winchelsea beaches too - both wonderful places for a stroll, especially as the sun is setting. There are fabulous walks right from our door, too.
