From here, you are 35 minutes from Ocean City, MD, and 45 minutes from Chincoteague Island, VA. Serendipity remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!

Relax at the Shorehouse

Our cozy, rustic, beachy apartment is close to all the area has to offer! We are nestled between Snow Hill and historic Berlin off Rt 113. We are about 15 min from West Ocean City and 12 miles from Assateague. Dining, shopping, and family activites are also nearby including a public boat ramp 5 min away to launch small watercraft and a playground with pavilion across the street. We recently renovated the apartment, and the decor was chosen to make guests feel at home at the Shorehouse!

The cozy loft is located above the apiary workshop. It is a spacious, kind suite with a walk-in bath featuring a rainforest shower. Windows overlook the donkey pasture, river, farm, and gardens. Designed for a true retreat, there is no WiFi, TV, or smoking. For breakfast, travel on over to Sugar Water Restaurant to have a free breakfast with coffee, tea, juice, and more. The Loft includes a small refrigerator plus coffee and tea essentials. Please note: children are not permitted.

The Solar Powered Tiny Cabin is located on a farmette, making your visit even more memorable! Just a 5 min drive from Blackwater Refuge! It's an affordable and unique way to visit and enjoy all that Cambridge and Blackwater Refuge have to offer! The Tiny Cabin is located 50 steps away from Pitcher Dam Creek which leads to the Little Blackwater! Kayaks on site!
