This space includes one master bedroom and one smaller bedroom on the top floor of a beautifully restored Victorian townhouse. There is a private bathroom for guests' personal use down the hall. There is a separate 2nd floor entrance for guests to enjoy complete privacy on the 3rd floor. The house is located directly behind the Journal Square PATH Station. It is a 7-10 minute walk from the house to the station. Guests are only three short stops to the World Trade Center in NYC.

A basement studio with private entrance, bathroom and partial kitchen. This private studio includes separate patio access and a driveway parking space. A perfect location if your visiting NYC with easy access via a bus stop to NYC 1 block away (via NJ Transit or NYWaterway). We are walking distance to a clifftop promenade with beautiful view of the skyline, a variety of great restaurants (from Cuban to Thai) and a wonderful park with playgrounds, sports grounds and lake path.

WE COMPLY WITH ALL COVID-CLEANING PROTOCOLS. Our one-family home is a wood-frame farmhouse, circa 1900, restored and modernized for optimal comfort. We reside in the house. You and your party have private access to the entire top floor with 2 bedrooms (queen/double), air conditioning and overhead fans, skylights, and a European spa bathroom with claw-foot tub and tree-top views. We are NYC OSE registered short-term rental. Enjoy easy access from our guest suite in a historical Richmond Hill. We are 1.5 blocks away from the J Subway (111th Street stop) which takes you into Manhattan in 40 min, under 30 min with LIRR to Penn station, 15min to JFK and 12 min drive to LGA. We are half a block from grocery stores & restaurants and the beautiful Forest Park which is an ideal location to end the day with a stroll through the forest.
