Si trova in un piccolo borgo abruzzese facente parte dei borghi più belli d´Italia. La caratteristica dell´alloggio è la costruzione in pietra della Majella che rende la casa fresca in estate. I parcheggi (non a pagamento) sono posizionati vicino all´immobile. Ideale anche per chi volesse andare al mare (raggiungibile in 30 minuti circa).

A perfect family destination in a lovely city of Pescara. Large family home by the sea (2 min walk) and close to the town square and shopping district. Large selection of restaurants and bars nearby. Several of these places have outdoor play areas for children, making childcare simpler and more convenient. Ideal place to enjoy the beach, wonderful Italian cuisine (sea food, pizza, pasta). The flat is in the 1st floor (one above ground) in a 3 storey building with no lift.
