Die Altstadt von Erding mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gemütlichen Gasthäusern mit gut bürgerlicher bzw. Restaurants gehobener Küche erreichen Sie zu Fuß in 20 Min..Die Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und Familien geeignet. Auch Ihre vierbeinigen Familienmitglieder sind herzlich willkommen.

Kellerwohnung mit eigenem Eingang, mehr als 50 qm, mit einem Doppelbett und einem Etagenbett/Stockbett im Schlafzimmer, optional kann zusätzlich ein Kinderklappbett (1-4 Jahre) aufgestellt werden. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer darf nicht als Bett verwendet werden. Keine Souterrain-Wohnung! CHECKIN - Zeiten (15:00-20:00), für Check-In ist unsere persönliche Anwesenheit notwendig. !!! Holiday home at the river

Gmund is the insider tip to stay at lake Tegernsee - our house is situated at the little river Mangfall only 300m away from the train station and 150m from the lake. Our holiday home was completed in 2016, has two rooms, a new bathroom and a big eat-in-kitchen. We furnished the two-story flat, in a way that our friends, family and you can feel at home: the flat is bright, spacious and cosy. Our holiday home is suitable especially for couples and families.
