Sehr geräumiger, offen gestalteter Bungalow. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer verbunden mit Essbereich und gemütlichem Kachelofen. Auf der herrlichen Terrasse kann wettergeschützt gegessen werden. Bei der Einrichtung wurde mit z.B. elektrischem Bett, großer Eckwanne, Fitnessgeräten, Kicker, Hängematte und Planchagrill auf alle möglichen Wünsche eingegangen. Das über hundert Jahre alte Ferienhaus „Sonnenwinkel“ in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bayern) liegt am Ende einer privaten Stichstraße. Der See mit guten Bademöglichkeiten und die S-Bahn nach München sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, der nächste Supermarkt ist zirka 1.5 Kilometer entfernt. Das Haus umfasst Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett (Zugang hierzu über den Haupt-Schlafraum), sowie die Küche und ein modernes Bad.

Unser kleines Ferienhäuschen liegt inmitten auf unserem Pferdehof auf dem wir auch selbst wohnen. Hier wohnt man idyllisch in der Natur und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Ruhige Spazierwege direkt ab Hof laden zu Streifzügen durch die Natur ein. Die Nähe zu Augsburg und München (je ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt) bietet sich für Stadterkundungen an. Das kleine Häuschen verfügt über eine kleine Küche sowie ein Bad mit Sauna. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil.

Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Im Flur gibt es eine Galerie von der Münchner Olympiade 1972. In der Wohnküche könnt ihr nicht nur kochen, sondern auch gemütlich zusammensitzen. Das Wohnzimmer ist das Herzstück der Wohnung - mit herrlichen Blick in den großen Garten. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Arbeitsplatz. Neben dem Wannenbad gibt es noch ein separates WC.
