The main level includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a great outdoor patio space. Upstairs features the other bedroom and private bathroom, and large rec room. There is also a one car garage with additional parking for two cars outside the garage. There is overflow parking on site as well.

Cozy two-story townhome located 1 mile from Toomer's Corner and near a Tiger Transit stop. It is located at the end of the cul-de-sac on a quiet street. We have a large fenced-in backyard and outdoor entertaining space, as well as a cozy gas fireplace for chilly nights. After you're done exploring what Auburn has to offer, come unwind at our place. Pets are welcome! We provide refuse bags to pick up after your pets, and water/food bowls. There is a $50 dollar pet fee.
