TV and nearby WIFI router available. All cellular service providers are in at this location. Come relax with the peace and quiet of the country with quick access to Austin. Please note: The model pictures has a nice water front view. There is no water lake at our site.

While the location will feel secluded, this property is just 5 minutes to Briarcliff boat ramp community on Lake Travis. We are just 25 miles from downtown Austin.
