This cottage is the original School House alongside the now retired Woodbank School at Clarence. Situated in the beautiful Clarence Valley 30 minutes north up the Kaikoura coast . Great walks, Biking, mountain bike Park at Middle Hill, Raft the Clarence River, fish at the river mouth, swim or surf on the coast, 20 minutes to The Store at Kekerengu, or the numerous cafes in Kaikoura. View the seals at colony 10 minutes down the coast...Or you can sit back and read a book and listen to the birds.

The top cabin of three and nestled next to the trees, Dover looks north along the coastline, offering unmatched panoramic views of the mountains and ocean. Dover Cottage is the name of the property. Walking distance to the beach and just 5 minute drive from local cafes and restaurants, you'll find the Clifftop Cabins tucked away on the Kaikoura Peninsula. Enjoy magical sunsets from the outdoor bath, or relax on the lawn with a glass in hand, ready to spot a passing whale or pod of dolphins.

Black Mountain Rukuruku

Black Mountain is nestled in the foothills of the Kaikōura Seaward Ranges, 6 km north of Kaikōura township. Designed for short and longer stays, the home is private, peaceful, and set in a beautiful rural landscape. The bedroom, living and dining spaces, bathroom, and deck enjoy mountain and garden views, with glimpses of the ocean from the grounds. On arrival, you’ll find a small selection of freshly prepared provisions — enough for a simple breakfast or two, with our compliments.

Just a short drive to Marlboroughs finest wineries, food and the glorious Marlborough Sounds. Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Separate from the main house our private guest house is self contained and fully equipped, perfect for a couple or business person.
