Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Completely renovated to the highest standard, perfect for couples seeking a peaceful village retreat equidistant from the North Norfolk coast and Norwich. Fully modernised with new kitchen/dining room, lounge and bathroom downstairs, with two bedrooms upstairs (main bedroom leading off bedroom at top of stairs - no door at top of stairs into small bedroom). Older cottage type so steep narrow stairs and low doorways. Suitable for couple or with one child. Free car park across the road. 30 minutes drive to north Norfolk coast, local to National Trust houses and lots of walking trails.

Dog Cottage

2 bedroom cottage in rural North Norfolk. Well behaved dogs welcome (secure garden). 20 minutes to the beach. Near Holt, Cromer, Aylsham and Sheringham. Please note this is a small cottage with low doorways, and tight, winding stairs and an open landing. The cottage is unsuitable for guests with infants or toddlers. Type 2 EV charger available on request for guests' use (charged separately) The nearest pub and restaurant is in the next village and only a short drive away.

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.
