Comprende cucina/soggiorno, una stanza da letto matrimoniale, un'altra stanza accessoria con letto singolo, due servizi, una vasta area esterna a livello completa di cucina esterna, coperta e panoramica, nonchè di un ampio terrazzo con vista sul Castello Aragonese di Baia.

Il Monolocale offre una posizione unica che favorisce l’intimità con il mare: é adatto per coppie e avventurieri solitari. L’incantevole finestra con affaccio diretto sul mare offre una posizione privilegiata per poter usufruire del pescato del giorno (ristorantini tipici sono a due passi dalla struttura)

L'appartamento è a due passi dal mare, dalla spiaggia della chiaiolella, dove si può godere del sole dall'alba al tramonto!Nei dintorni sono presenti tutti i principali servizi dal ristorante al supermercato passando per tanti altri negozietti . La casa è inoltre collegata molto bene con tutte le altre zone dell'isola. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).
