The surrounding forest is only 2 minutes away by foot: an idyllic paradise for hikers and mountain bikers with endless trails to discover. The former Landgrave's hunting lodge served as a retreat amidst the courtly hunt. This impressively beautiful half-timbered building is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. Bicycles, for example, can be stored in the outbuilding. The property is at your exclusive disposal.
