Beautiful Guest House in Desirable Northside

Hello and welcome to our home! This guest house is in our backyard and is very cozy with a large, screened-in porch. Sit in a rocking chair on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the many birds and the company of butterflies and hummingbirds. The King size bed is so comfortable! Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. Downtown and FSU are 20 min away depending on traffic.

Aptly named, “The Q'Whack Shack,” our quaint lakefront home is the perfect host accommodation for a charming weekend or weeklong reprieve. Ideally situated on the heart of Lake Seminole, The Q’Whack Shack is a water enthusiasts dream hideaway. Enjoy boating, angling, an array of watersports (skiing, tubing, etc.), grade-A bass fishing and duck hunting with convenient private dock access just steps from the back door. Waterfront restaurants and other provisions just a quick boat/car ride away.

Twisted Pine Lake Cabin, secluded & near town

Close to everything, a million miles away....... Down the two-track driveway, past the view of the nearest neighbors, our new custom cabin awaits. Rest easy on the screened porch, with its view of the two-acre lake or cross the adjacent foot bridge to the island. Fish for bass and bream, stroll the walking path, paddle around and enjoy the wildlife, or just relax far from the madding crowd. This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

Lakefront house has 4 Large Bedrooms & 2½ Baths. 10 people can comfortably sleep in this spacious 2250 square foot house. You will enjoy a massive fireplace, cathedral ceiling with cypress beams, and a large sun-room offering a wonderful view of the lake, two miles from Seminole State Park & a slip for boats nearby. The lake is perfect for all boating activities including fishing, skiing, and pulling kids on tubes. Pets are welcome. There is a $100 pet fee. Hot tub will be filled and ready!

Bright, Modern Studio near Downtown & Universities

Enjoy your stay in our cozy, modern studio at a quiet, centrally-located neighborhood. The property is tastefully decorated with colorful patterns and modern accents. You will feel right at home. Downtown and universities are just about a 10-minute drive, and there are vast variety of stores and restaurants on Parkway less than 5 minutes away. One of our favorite cafes, The Bada Bean, serves excellent breakfast and brunch and is just a few blocks down the street (walking distance).

Home away from home Northside charmer suite

Lovely and completely renovated 1100 sqft in-law suite, fully self contained and private. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen (no commercial food preparation allowed) and bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen size bed in the bedroom, with a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Has its own private entrances and dedicated driveway parking area, as well as self-check-in. No pets allowed. This is a strict non-smoking space, no smoking is allowed on the property.

Little House on Broughton Downtown Bainbridge Stay

Located just four blocks from beautiful downtown Bainbridge, this one bedroom, one bath historic shotgun house was recently moved to Broughton Street from across town and fully renovated by your host. Enjoy a taste of an original tiny home with big personality! Home includes free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, and tips from your host on favorite local stops. Pet friendly stay perfect for walks through historic downtown Bainbridge for pets under 50 pounds with a $75 pet fee.

Goat House Farm is a 501(c)3 nonprofit educational farm. All profits go toward supporting our youth and educational programs. Come and de-stress by snuggling our goats. These bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We are near Tallahassee but in a rural area, down a dirt road, but we promise the trip is worth it. Kayaking (byo) and calm hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.

Gardenview Tiny House

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique tiny home in a garden setting. Quiet and private neighborhood. Our Tiny House space is perfect for one guest and cozy for two. We are located about 8 miles (15 to 20 minutes by car) from the Forida Capitol Building and the FSU Campus. We offer a 15% discount for bookings of 7 days or more, and 40% discount for 28 days or more.
