The Captains Quarters at Sylvanrude is a step into a forest of Douglas Fir, Cedar, and Hemlock. The small apartment is above a garage, and is equipped with a coved ceiling bathroom, (tall folks beware) full kitchen, cozy sleeping area with a new queen bed on antique frame, TV with DVDs only, (wifi is through MIFI, a Verizon source), a private beach fire pit with beach access, and the most amazing sunsets over Case Inlet. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.
