A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

One of the most photographed homes in the cities historic center is not only a place to stay but an experience. Local handmade tiles and embroidery decorate the home to celebrate local history. Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).
