You wake up to the sun rising over Barcelona's most famous buildings, gently streaming in through the window of your first-floor bedroom. You pad across the marble floors in your slippers and brew a cup of coffee, then head to the rooftop terrace. Look left and see the spires of Sagrada Familia rising above the rooftops. Look right, and over the top of the Conservatory of Music you can make out a glimmer of the sparkling Mediterranean, calling you to make every day a beach day. From up here, life in Barcelona is good. We've got you covered. Eixample's beautiful architecture is world-famous. Just outside the old city, Dreta de l'Eixample's leafy boulevards are home to Gaudí's Casa Batlló, Casa Mila, and La Pedrera. High-end shops on the ritzy Passeig de Gracia are just a few blocks away. Whatever it is you came to see in Barcelona, I'll bet it's within easy walking distance of the house. Sagrada Familia? 13 minutes. Passeig de Gracia shopping? Right around the corner. The Gothic Quarter? Psh, you can see it from the terrace! If you want to venture farther out, it's easy to do on public transport. The nearest metro stations are the L4-Girona stop (yellow line) and the L5-Verdaguer stop (blue line). The L4 will take you to the beach (3 stops), while the L5 will get you to Sants railway station (4 stops) or anywhere else you want to go. And the Mercat de la Concepció bus station is just minutes away, with buses serving Madrid, Seville and basically everywhere else. From the airport, a cab will run you about €45, or take the Aerobus to Plaça Catalunya, which is a short 20-minute walk from the building. Local permit: HUTB-006798

Es un lugar idílico para relajarse y disfrutar de largos paseos al atardecer por la inmensa finca de olivos centenarios. El Mas de Àuria es una masia eco-sostenible con una decoración rústica exquisita y espacios diseñados para sentirse cómodo y relajarse de unos días inolvidables. Dispone de piscina privada.

Nice apartment very modern with all the comforts to spend a magnificent stay. It has two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Intimacy between the two rooms. In the living room there is a very large and comfortable sofa bed. Perfect for 5-6 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, water heater, toaster, nespresso machine, cooking and cleaning utensils). You will also find sheets, towels, TV, welcome breakfast and WIFI (high-speed Internet).

Gracias al anterior habitante de la casa, un entrañable inglés, hemos podido hacer realidad nuestro proyecto: una antigua casa rehabilitada con encanto: una de las casas más antiguas de la población que hemos rehabilitado personalmente con mucho cariño y en la que hemos intentado mantener los elementos originales (vigas de madera, escalera, arco de piedra) sin perder nada de comodidad. Su color blanco invita a la tranquilidad y te recuerda lo cerca del mar que está.
