This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.

Sea Cliff Garden Studio + Patio, Sun!

Steps from beaches, Lands End, Sea Cliff, and the Presidio, this 400 sq. ft. studio sleeps four and features a dining area, kitchenette, mini fridge, and microwave. The private enclave looks out onto a large garden, including a 300 sq. ft. patio and eating area right outside and reserved for your exclusive use. Enjoy sunshine on the patio, then walk to stunning San Francisco scenery! Features tasteful furnishings, kitchen utensils, serve ware, and coffee/tea service. Free street parking.

Located in our family home in Presidio Heights, you have convenient access to the Presidio, its miles of hiking trails, activities, VC and tech offices. Explore Michelin-starred restaurants, coffee shops, the bustling Clement Street and NOPA neighborhoods, the Presidio Tunnel Tops — or relax on the patio and read a book. Note: there is no stove or oven.

Newly renovated space within walking distance to SF attractions. Great for couples, or families with young kids. Located in the Central Richmond. 5 minute walk to the Presidio gate, 15 minutes to Baker Beach, and 25 minutes to Golden Gate Park. Great nature abound as well as restaurants nearby. The bus stops a block away that goes straight to downtown. The space is located on Lake Street, which is a slow street with few cars - great for walking, hiking, and biking.

The Richmond House

Private one bedroom apartment with a balcony and a new high end remodel. In the heart of Inner Richmond, easy walk to Golden Gate park, steps to public transit, restaurants and fun bars. Please note that this is a hosted unit. For your convenience and peace of mind, the host lives on the top floor and is readily available should you need anything during your stay. The only shared spaces are the common hallways — your suite is entirely private.

This private studio boasts amazing views of the golden gate national recreation area and easy access to hiking, Marin, and San Francisco. We also recently upgraded the hvac system so you’ll have heat and air conditioning to make your stay more comfortable.
