art space in nature - "Bulgarayya"

The place is really calm, quiet and in the nature! We made a dance studio here and tried to fit in, and not destroy nature. Just five people live in the village. It is one hour away from Sofia by car, but the difference is huge. There are beautiful views, a small lake, a river gully, a small church. But what I really like is that I can peacefully work in a natural and calm place.This allows me to get in deep concentration! It is good for couples, families(kids love to be here), soloadventurers.

Clay House Banya

Stunning and cozy clay house located in the quiet and peaceful village Banya at the very end of Stara Planina. Just few minutes from the gorgeous beach Irakli. It presents the perfect mix of sea and mountain tourism. The purpose of this house is to experience the village life with just enough amenities to fell comfortable. The house has been made entirely by hand with unique shapes and the use of only natural materials. Featured in the Italian interior design magazine BRAVACASA.

Căsuța Hobbit Magica în Pădure – lângă Lac

Situat la țară, în apropierea Parcului Național Piatra Craiului, în pădurea de lângă un lac cu pești, coliba cu farmecul ei de poveste te poartă într-o altă lume, departe de rutina cotidiană. Se încearcă imitarea unui trai arhaic. Are un design unic. Autonom și ecologic. Coliba nu se adresează celor pretențioși, este o experiență nu o simpla cazare. Fără curent electric de la rețea, cu un sistem fotovoltaic de 10 W pentru a încarca telefoane si 2 becuri pentru a ilumina noaptea.

Constructiile sunt din pamant, organice, facute doar de mana omului. Se afla in mijlocului Geoparcului Unesco Tinutul Buzaului, aproape de toate obiectivele turistice. Te poti bucura de liniste, cantecul pasarelelor intr-o locuinta ecofriendly, care imbina confortul cotidian cu vechile case din pamant ale bunicilor nostri. Te poti bucura de sunetele naturii când stai în această locuință unică, realizata doar din materiale naturale sau reciclate! Poti sa fii tu, una cu natura!

One a of a kind cabin located in a Macedonian village near Kumanovo, 4 km from the Serbian border-crossing Prohor Pcinski. It’s a stone/wooden cabin with a unique, artistic touch with 2 bedrooms, and a main room with a small, equipped kitchen. It’s a perfect place to relax in a beautiful scenery that offers tranquility and peace, enjoy a breathtaking view drinking coffee in the morning, take a nap at the river and at night fall asleep with the sounds of the forest.
