The House at No. 10 in the Heart of Ballarat

Access the brick-lined courtyard garden via the French doors, complete with fountain and shaded dining area. The house was built in 1905 and features original decorative fireplaces, high ceilings, and timber floors, along with a piano. Guests will be left with their privacy and do not need to interact with the host. The host can be contacted any time by phone with any concerns or issues, or for any help you require during your stay. Circumnavigate Lake Wendouree, a scenic 6 kilometres, and within walking distance of the house. Subway, Crust Pizza, and Sushi are all moments away, with a longer stroll to the centre of Ballarat offering a wide choice of restaurants and bars. Electric blankets provided in winter.

Ligar Homestay - comfortable and stylish near city

Guests tell us our house feels homey. We are international travelers with an interest in Ballarat gold history so we have decorated accordingly. When making a standard booking for 1 - 2 people, you have access to the main rooms in the house and one bedroom with a sitting area. If 2+ people are staying and other bedrooms are required, there is an additional fee. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom off the lounge room has a small double (3/4) bed that can be opened.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. A fully enclosed and secure yard for your dog. It is situated on a quiet street, only a couple of minutes drive away from major sporting venues, shopping centre and the Grammar School. A few more minutes to the lake and the CBD. A Portacot and high chair can be supplied.

The tiny house is a clean, comfortable tiny house. A little oasis in a beautiful garden. Great for an escape on your own or with your favorite person. Located only 10 mins walk from the city centre and everything that Ballarat has to offer like pubs, shops and restaurants. You can drive in 5 minutes or walk in 15 minutes to Sovereign Hill. The house is adorable and I’m sure you’ll love staying here. Come and enjoy a stay in a beautiful setting. Check in any time from 3pm-10pm.

Cosy artist’s cottage in central tree lined street

Joined to our house at the rear, this cute, historic miner’s cottage is self-contained with its own private entrance. Inside, you will discover art by local artists in every room. The cosy bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living area has a comfy sofa and smart tv. There is a modern shower room and kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine for breakfasts. Only a few minutes walk from Sturt street and its cafes and restaurants and close to the hospitals.

Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. With 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas you can relax and spread out. The home is very comfortable with everything you will need for your stay in Ballarat, also with excellent central heating. The property is very close to the hospitals, Ballarat CBD and Lake Wendouree with two off street car parks provided and ample free parking available on the street.

The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.
