Blackwater village also hosts a newly renovated & recently opened restaurant/pub, an Asian takeaway, Linda’s chipper, Blackwater coffee company, two pubs & a spar supermarket. The Ravenport hotel is also just a 10 minute drive.

Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

This cabin is located on our property and is perfect for couples and families, surrounded by 14 beaches , choice in restaurants. It is nestled between Fethard on sea and Duncannon . There is numerous attractions including the Hook lighthouse, Dunbrody Famine ship and Tintern Abbey and watersports including Kayaking, Coasteering. Caving and archery. those looking for the nature trails we have Tintern abbey, Forth mountain and Kennedy park it is also a fantastic location for Anglers.

Croi na Darach is a private, cozy, bright timber cabin. It is set in a large wild garden next to the river Slaney, about 5 km from Wexford town. It is a perfect spot to unwind, relax and connect with nature. If you ever wanted to finish that chapter, paint that picture or just take some time for yourself this is the perfect place for you. It is an ideal location for exploring the Sunny South East , enjoying a romantic getaway or even treating yourself to that artistic retreat !

Ballyconnigar beach 4 min drive(Curracloe 10 min). Wexford town 20 min drive. Hotel, 2 Pubs and Supermarket 4 min walk from house.

Tranquil Blackwater Escape

Mill Race is a tranquil cul de sac of ten homes bordered by a babbling brook and fields of grazing sheep. It is a two minute walk from a peaceful forest trail in one direction and the quaint village of Blackwater with its delightful coffee shop, supermarkets, pubs and eateries in the other. The beautiful beaches at Ballinesker and Curracloe are within a 10 minute drive, and the vibrant town of Wexford is just fifteen minutes away.

We are delighted that Curracloe beach (15 mins drive away) has been voted Irelands best beach 2024. It is a truly stunning 10km beach with Raven wood & a bird sanctuary to one side. Very sunny patio and living room / kitchen area with sea view. 15 minutes walk to Tinnabearna Beach, very quiet road. The house is very warm, built with the newest energy standards.
