Enjoy our private barrel-sauna, fire-pit, gas grill, pond with canoes and kayak or Wolf Creek with a private crystal-clear swimming hole! Or just chill on the ridge watching the many birds and wildlife. Just over an hour drive from the Twin Cities, a romantic and memorable stay awaits you!

Secluded Lake Cabin + Hot Tub

A private secluded lake cabin retreat north of Turtle Lake, WI. Downstairs consists of a living room w/sofa sleeper, kitchen, and bathroom. The upstairs has 1 bedroom with a queen, a bed in the open loft and 1/2 bath. Drive by grazing cows and farm fields into the woods, onto a private gravel road, and down a long winding wooded driveway to our lake retreat! We don’t recommend visiting in winter without 4 wheel drive! Pontoon boat rental is available as an add on! Pets welcome for a $90 fee.

Envision wildlife passing by, loons calling in the distance, & breathtaking sunsets!

PoCo Cabin

Relax with the whole family at this lakefront cabin. Sit on the deck to hear the loons and enjoy the "best view on the lake" according to the neighbors. All new furniture and appliances are sure to have you comfortable as can be. Turn on the gas fireplace if you need to take the chill off, or just for some ambiance as you nestle into the couch for a movie. The two bedrooms are appointed with new beds and linens. The couch opens to a comfortable bed for more personal space if needed.

Three-bedroom, two bath, pet friendly, handicap accessible lake home fully renovated in 2023. New everything, West facing, sits on nearly one acre with 100+ feet shoreline on tranquil north end of Bone Lake. Bring your boat or rent a pontoon and fish for musky, pike, bass or panfish. Kayak, canoe or visit the lake sandbars. Enjoy the backyard shade, deck, firepit, games and lots of nature viewing on mature wooded level lot. Ample local activities or just relax with family and friends.

Stylle Hytte ///\ Northern Cabin Retreat

Our Nordic inspired A-Frame is known as the Stylle Hytte which is Norwegian for ‘Quiet Cabin’. Here you can take in 5 secluded acres of woods with trails winding down to the private riverfront. Only an hour north of the Twin Cities, enjoy modern conveniences like WIFI (60mbps), smart TV, complete kitchen, full bathroom, a bedroom and loft both with queen beds, a cozy living room with a real wood fireplace and an outdoor electric barrel sauna. Calendars are open 9 months in advance.

Hunt Hill's Rustic Log Cabin

Welcome to Hunt Hill Nature Center! We are a public, non-profit learning center and nature sanctuary. Our historic Log Cabin is nearly a century old and offers a peaceful retreat in the woods. All the furniture was updated in 2018. The Log Cabin is located just outside of the main camp, settled on top of a hill overlooking pristine forest habitat. Nearby towns offer additional entertainment or relax in our quiet setting while reading a good book in front of the stone fireplace.

Riverside Retreat- A small cabin for big memories!

Renovated cabin nestled high in the pines overlooking the river. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space where the river views will take your breath away. We have a great selection of games, books and movies to snuggle up with in front of our warm fireplace. Bring your snowmobiles, ATVs and ice fishing gear as we are close to the Gandy Dancer Trails and our beautiful river flows to two lakes for great fishing - end at our bonfire pit to roast S'mores and swap stories!

The Bunkhouse on Balsam Lake

The Bunkhouse is a beautifully appointed, spacious full apartment above a large garage with private entrance. Located on beautiful Balsam Lake, you will enjoy shared access to the lake. If you wish to use the dock for a single watercraft or rent a pontoon, please let me know at the time of booking to ensure availability. Enjoy The Bunkhouse for its cozy northwoods atmosphere year round while exploring everything Balsam Lake and the surrounding Polk County area has to offer.
