Our upper level studio apartment has been freshly painted and tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. We added a privacy wall between the living space and the queen bed, that gives a sense of multiple rooms. The couch pulls out to an additional queen bed. The apartment has a beautiful, privacy fenced courtyard and pool that is shared with the guests in the main house. The pool is heated.

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.
