The Stable Yard, Tranquil stay in beautiful Down

Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

Luxurious and spacious glamping pods in a natural paradise. The views to the mountains and the sea are fantastic. The upper of our 2 pods is designed so you can enjoy the 180 degree view while enjoying the comforts of inside: it is the perfect place to relax. The mature and large site is full of birdsong and places for children to explore. We're far from busyness and lights so the peace and the stars can be appreciated. Yet it's under 20 minutes to beaches and mountains, less to the forests.

Stone Wall Cottage

200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

Bright, sunny self contained two bedroomed annex (dog friendly) with outside eating area , on the edge of Newcastle, with panoramic views of the Mourne mountains, five mins drive, (twenty min walk) to town centre, the Slieve Donard hotel, golf course and beach, opposite the Burrendale hotel, five minutes drive to the mountains, forests. Tollymore (Game of Thrones) and Castlewellan.. for walking, cycling and water based activities. Bus links to Belfast (1 hr drive) and Dublin (2 hr drive).

Myrtle's Place is a traditional, well equipped two bedroom annex with ample parking in a rural setting. 5 miles north of Banbridge; 30 mins south of Belfast and 5 minutes off the A1, it offers a central country base for catching up with family, exploring Co. Down and Belfast. A good stopping point travelling from Dublin to Belfast, the Giant's Causeway or North Coast. A short drive from Linen Mill Game of Thrones Studio at the Boulevard Banbridge and 14 miles from seaside Newcastle.

Tullymore Luxury Log Cabin nestled in the foothills of the Mourne mountains, overlooking Tullymore Forest park. The natural beauty of this private property displays a 360 degree view of the Mourne Mountains, Dramara and Slieve Croob Mountains, sea It offers the luxury of watching the stars whilst basking in the fresh spring water log burning private hot tub for an additional cost of £50 per day. Not suitable for children under 5 years. this must be previously booked

In an idyllic quiet setting, there are breath-taking views and easy access to walking and biking trails nearby. A cosy one-bedroom detached cottage, sleeping 2 adults + 2 children or 4 adults, this is a perfect rural retreat for relaxation or a base to explore everything the local area has to offer.

Self Catering Apartment

Our self catering apartment, Spruce Cottage is compact and traditional. The cottage has one bedroom with two single beds, with an adjoining bathroom that has a walk in shower and bath. The living area has a bed settee and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests have free use of the farms play areas, tennis court and foot golf course. Children supervision required.
