To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special. Located just 7 minutes from the beach, this studio lies on a hill with ocean views. It has 1 Queen bed and 1 bath with a clawfoot soaking tub. It is nestled in an orchard of fruit trees, blackberry bushes, and flower gardens. If you enjoy walking, there is a path that will lead you through 10 acres of forest, full of huckleberry bushes, ferns, large trees, and lovely streams.
