This a 2 bedroom apartment in a 2 floor house in the center of Rena area that is located 2km from the city center. Apt has it's own entrance, big balcony, bathroom, full kitchen with dinning room and two bedrooms. It is located on the upper floor of our house and private parking spot in our yard is included with the apt. Balcony is great for smoker and summer hangouts. You will love our apt because it is spacious, with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Its perfect for family vacations.

Die Villa steht auf einem freien Grundstück von ca. 700 qm. Der Infinty Pool geht über 2 Ebenen. Die Uferpromenade der Stadt Bar sind ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Von der Dachterrasse genießt man den berauschenden Blick in die Bucht von Bar und hat im Rücken die Berge. Die Villa wurde in 2022 neu renoviert.

Der Strand ist 400m entfernt und verfügt über eine tolle Promenade. Sie haben einen privaten Parkplatz um mit dem Mietwagen die tollen Strände zu erkunden welche in unmittelbarer Nähe sind.
