Welcome to your accommodation in the CENTER of ISCHIA consisting of a SINGLE room of 28 square meters with kitchen and independent bathroom, which is accessed through a beautiful garden and a beautiful swimming pool and where my wife Nancy and I live. La Casetta, so called by us because it has all the comforts of a home even though it is a studio apartment, is located a few steps from the PORT, BUS and Taxi Station, the most famous Bars and Restaurants, and near the beaches of Ischia.

La casetta che vi proponiamo è situata in un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso immerso nel verde. L'arredamento dell'appartamento è curato nel minimo dettaglio. E' composto da un letto matrimoniale , letto a castello, bagno privato con doccia, ed angolo cottura ( vista mare). Vi è uno spazio esterno sul mare dove poter trascorrere qualche ora piacevole rilassandosi. Inoltre a pochi passi abbiamo una discesa privata su scoglio dove poter fare il bagno e godere di un tramonto unico.

The house is surrounded by a 500 m2 garden, for semi-exclusive use, very green and fresh, full of trees, including the typical Procida lemons, and scented flowers. A small path leads to private access to a large tuff cliff. A few minutes away, the village of Chiaiolella, with the tourist port, shops, bars, pharmacy, restaurants and a sandy beach. The bus stops twenty meters from the house.
