A 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Bari S. Spirito, a 20 metri dalla fermata dell'autobus per raggiungere il capoluogo (Bari). A 4 minuti di macchina dallo sbocco stradale per la S.S. 16bis e autostrada A14. La casa dista a 2 passi dal mare, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia libera, con possibilità di parcheggiare sotto casa.

Il mio alloggio è Monolocale top class rifinitissimo centralissimo 100 mt dal teatro petruzzelli , a 50 mt dal corso Cavour (una delle bie piu importanti di bari) centro città., 200 mt dalla stazione centrale e 300 mt dal porto. L appartamento e completamente rifinito con materiale di primissima scelta e inoltre completamente arredato con cucina completa , tv led 32 " full hd , letto matrimomiale , climatizzazione.Presenta punto snack .
