Gellibant is a rural remote peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views set in its own gardens within our working mountain farm. It has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard with all mod cons, whilst remaining in keeping with its traditional features and natural charm. Gellibant has unrivalled views of beautiful Cwm Nantcol, and the dramatic Rhinog Mountains. This charming property accommodates 2-4 guests. We also have a sofa bed (small double) in the snug for 2 additional guests.

The Barn at Tan Y Rhiw nestles in the Nanmor valley, surrounded by ancient woodland, with spectacular views of Moel Ddu. A safe place to retreat from the world, and reconnect with nature, over two miles from the main road. Relaxing in the private garden listen to owls hooting or cuckoos calling. Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Tucked away in Barmouth’s old town, a charming traditional fisherman’s cottage, ideally located in a quiet spot close to the harbour, beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. Approached by passageways and a flight of shallow steps from the High Street, it is situated at the bottom of the old town, The Rock, a pedestrian-only warren of small cobbled lanes, fishermans’ cottages and even the old town jail. This has been a holiday let for many years - we loved staying here so much, we bought it!

Chester House is an ideal base for groups of hikers, mountain bikers or families wanting to explore Snowdonia. Dolgellau is a pretty little town, sitting in lovely walking country beneath the Cader Idris mountain range. The sea, and some delightful beaches are just down the road, too! There are lots of restaurants/cafes, pubs and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.

Nant Y Glyn is a charming, traditional Welsh stone cottage which was build in the early 1800s. We have updated the property to give it a fresh comfortable feel but have retained many original features. One of which is the splendid stone fireplace which now houses a log burning stove. The cottage is nestled within the old part of town, located on a quiet street and within a 2 min walk to the shops and restaurants. There is a small enclosed front patio area.

Min-y-don Cottage : The perfect holiday base

Min-y-don cottage is a fully equipped traditional Welsh stone built cottage with double glazing and gas central heating. It retains it's original oak beams but has a full width staircase for easy access between floors. On the ground floor It has an open lounge-diner with a sofa bed whilst upstairs is a separate double bedroom and bathroom/toilet. The cottage comes with it's own private gated parking space. It's placed within seconds of all town amenities.

Within its traditional stone walled boundary, you're greeted by the most tranquil and picturesque of settings on the banks of the Afon Dwyryd. Afon Cariad is a traditional detached stone cottage set in three acres of land on the riverbank and at the foot of a beautiful nature trail and nature reserve - Coed Cymerau.
