Previously a Newmarket stud it is only 15 minutes from Newmarket and half an hour from Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Saffron Walden and the A1. Walks or rides start directly from the farm onto the bridleway. The land is grazed by a herd of Dexter cattle and horses. There is a natural swimming pond and sauna for hire by arrangement. Parking is directly outside with disabled access.
