The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying. 1/2 block to the beach, on LBI, open and bright space, beautiful ground level porch for AM sun and people watching. Parking for 2 cars. Quiet location on coveted Ocean Blvd in Brant Beach, LBI, but walking distance to bike rentals, seafood, and ice cream. PLEASE NOTE 7/10/2026 to 8/28/2026- Friday to Friday rentals only.
