Come with your friends and family to our beach front cabin. The living spaces are all outdoors except the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a pool just steps away from the beach. We also have an outdoor grill area. NO pets are allowed without permission. NO more than 8 guests permitted without permission. This is NOT a luxury rental. Apartment 3 is a charming cottage with a private terrace at the back of the Villa de Vientos garden, your Balamkú® option in Apaneca. It features a main bedroom with a queen bed and a cozy, multifunctional space with a sofa bed that integrates the living room. This cottage ensures privacy and comfort for up to four people. Fully equipped, it is ideal for exploring the picturesque village of the Ruta de las Flores on foot.

@sihuasurfhouse sits on a private beach 5 mins from Mizata and Nawi Beach House. The beach is 100% sand, U-shaped and 7.5miles long perfect for horseback rides or long walks. Ideal for families looking for a spacious property to relax in privacy. There is a large charcoal grill as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).
