Beautifully Restored Cottage on Patio in Historic Center C

Patio São Vicente is a collection of restored artisan cottages surrounding a peaceful courtyard, hidden away in the historical center of the city. The cottages of “Patio São Vicente” have been completely restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Using Portuguese artisans and designers, the interiors are cosy, comfortable and carefully crafted with custom carpentry. The 13th century original wall of Lisbon the “Muralha Fernandina” is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms. Patio São Vicente is tucked away in the corner of the Telheiro do Sao Vicente square in a private Patio. The cottages of “Patio São Vicente” have been completely restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Using Portuguese artisans and designers, the interiors are cosy, comfortable and carefully crafted with custom carpentry. The buildings are of historic importance. The 13th century original wall of Lisbon the “Muralha Fernandina” is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms. The corner turret is visible from the courtyard and can be accessed by the garden of one the apartments. You can sit in the quiet, shady patio at your own table, the perfect work or rest space after a long day’s sightseeing. The patio is a natural space for groups, friends or extended families to gather and enjoy time together, while still having the privacy of their own houses. “Casinha C" is a small cottage divided over 2 floors, the ground floor with a full open kitchen, dining area, wood panelled living room with sofa-bed and a light filled bathroom. The upstairs bedroom is a peaceful space perfect for a good night sleep, sheltered with the “muralha” and completed with custom storage and television. The quiet, shady patio with your own outdoor table and chairs is the perfect work or rest space after a long day’s sightseeing.You can also choose to join your neighbors at the large communal tables. The patio is a natural space for groups, friends or extended families to gather and enjoy time together, while still having the privacy of their own houses. Victor Lopes The patio is perfectly situated for discovering the city by foot, located in one of the most visited areas of Lisbon. Positioned in front of the majestic tenth century Mosteiro do Sao Vicente de Fora, next to the pantheon, Alfama and the infamous “Feira da Ladra” the twice weekly fair of the thieves makes São Vicente one of the most vibrant and busy meeting places in Lisbon. A 5 minute walk to Graca will also bring you to the two miradouros where you can have the best view of whole of Lisbon. The 28 tram is steps away. Like most old parts of historical cities, access to the "hidden" patio can be difficult for people with mobility issues. Access to the main square is via a steep ramp but the view of the church and river is worth it!

Art Attic (River View)

My place is in a historical building in Alfama, with view to River Tejo, close to Panteão and the flea market feira da ladra. It is 5 minutes from S.Apolonia train station and metro, 15 min walk to the city center. Though the attic is close to small restaurants, Fado places and cafes, it is calm and silent. The rooms are light flooded and the view to the river is special, you will enjoy the special light of this city and its various reflections on the water. Registered with Camera de Lisboa 2016

O terminal fluvial do Seixal fica a 15 minutos a pé ou a 2 minutos de transportes públicos, ficando a zona histórica de Lisboa a 20 minutos numa agradável viagem de barco.

Casa do Rio - Riverside House

A Casa do Rio é um apartamento situado num 1º andar, em edifício da década de 50, do séc. XX, junto ao areal da margem do rio Tejo, na vila do Seixal e em pleno centro histórico. Dispõe de um terraço, com comodidade para refeições e lazer, com vista excepcional sobre a baía do Seixal e Lisboa. O apartamento está a cerca de 10 minutos, a pé, do cais fluvial para transporte para Lisboa, por barco.

Zé House

A casa destaca-se pela sua arquitetura moderna, integrada no centro histórico de Palmela. Zé House foi o nome atribuído pelos arquitetos. Uma casa simples cuja arquitetura procurou afirmar-se num contexto secular pelo seu carácter contemporâneo, estabelecendo não apenas uma relação geométrica com a envolvente mas também uma relação cromática. O resultado foi um espaço surpreendente e acolhedor.

Yellow Studio @ Mouraria | Castle

The Yellow Studio is located in an 18th century renovated building in the heart of Mouraria, a charming neighborhood in old Lisbon. The street is called Beco das Flores and sits 5 minutes away from the Castle and 2 minutes away from the main downtown squares (walking). It's a rather small flat (22m2) but fully equipped. It has excellent wifi connection (around 100Mbps).
