Built in 1908 and well preserved and loved over the decades. The front garden once featured a massive 200 year old Oak tree from which we named the property. The front garden is enclosed with an iron fence and gate with off street parking. The house is divided into two private apartments each with an entrance form the front porch. There is a lovely covered patio in the private back garden. Inside the apartment you will find an inviting space with tasteful decor and all the comfort of home.

Industrial farmhouse style meets southern charm on an idyllic horse boarding family farm safely outside of Memphis. Perfect location both for sightseeing in Memphis or bypassing the city entirely. Take a walk among the horses to decompress. Full kitchen and a large bathroom. No exterior windows. Guests sleep well in our quiet and private space. Due to safety concerns, no children under 12. We are close to the FedEx St. Jude Golf Tournament at TPC Southwind, Germantown Country Club, and Ridgeway Country Club. Our house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood.
