Within a 10 minute walk you’re either kayaking in Townlake, walking the trail, checking out the downtown shopping/library or swimming in the springs. If you’re looking for our famous Congress avenue it’s merely a 5 minute drive down the road. Come enjoy Austin in one of the most sought after neighborhoods.
