The outdoor lifestyle is what this place is all about. The beautiful deck, pool, and hot tub are over the top and the views are simply gorgeous. The property features a wet weather creek and reservoir that attracts turkeys, ducks, wild boar, and deer. Take a hike, a dip, then head to the brewery for some R&R... your perfect day awaits. All four bedrooms have 50" HDTV's and there is a 70" monster screen in the living room so if you want to stay inside and watch the game (DirectTV/NFL Sunday Ticket!) or get caught up on work (satellite internet), you're covered. In addition to having all the major pay-for movie channels like HBO and Showtime, we also have a great DVD library for the film buffs out there. Hanging out by the fire pit is a great way to cap off a day and don't forget to break out the s'mores. The house is outfitted with high end appliances across the board and even seasoned chefs will find themselves well equipped in our kitchen or at the helm of our state of the art grill. The home is filled with lots of interesting original artwork and the grounds surrounding are serene and picturesque. Located less than 30 minutes to downtown Austin, you get the best of both worlds. Middle of Bouldin Creek. Across from "Greetings From Austin" and La Patisserie bakery. A 2 min walk to many restaurants and 5 min to South Congress. 2 min drive to downtown and 4 min to Zilker Park. House completely renovated in every room and new heated pool added summer of '21. Front yard is completely enclosed with automatic gate for privacy - you'll have amazing garden all to yourself. One of the few heated pools available near downtown. Heat available when outside temps above 50.

The Golden Sun Cottage has a full kitchen with stove, large fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, and silverware. It has sunny yellow walls, Saltillo tile, a small dining table, desk, and a King bed that overlooks a garden and shared pool. A daybed serves as a couch or a twin bed for a third guest.
