Light, bright room in a house with 125years off history. Great location, walkable to supermarkets, park, and tram (3min), with easy access to Basel (10min), Station (15min), or Airport (35min). Note: - there is a shared walkway to my study, used from 08:30am - 18:00pm (rest of the space is private and share walkway is not used in the evenings) - see pictures. It is an older property with lovely period features and high ceilings including creaky stairs, and occasional noise from tram, cars.

Our house is a very nice and big home on 3 floors, with a big garden around, in a small street of a residential district. The interior is a cool mix of new and old. Your room on the 2nd floor (for yourself) is comfortable and fancy: a small world for yourself, where you can relax for sure. The spacious living rooms with big windows is the best place where to start your day. In just 10 minutes you are in the centre, in the world famous Fondation Beyeler and in a magnifent nature surroundings.

Our house is a very nice and big home full of light, with a big garden around, in a residential district. The 2nd floor is at your disposal, as well as the large living room and of course the garden. Whether you prefer it quiet or are travelling with the children, our home is the right accommodation for everyone. The tramstop is just one minute away, in only 10 minutes you are in the centre, in the Fondation Beyeler and in a nice nature surroundings. Incl. fine breakfast and the BaselCard.

O apartamento é bem iluminado, espaçoso, bem aconchegante, ideal para familiares e amigos e (P) Centralizado, em menos de três minutos você encontra Super Mercados, Farmácia, Drogaria, Restaurantes, Bancos, Caixas eletrônicos e Transporte Público. Com transporte publico leva apenas 15 minutos até Messeplatz e Barfüserplatz. O parque mais movimentado da cidade fica ao lado onde se encontra relaxamento e diversão na natureza com o encontro de 2 rios.

My large and cozy apartment is located near to the fair, in a very friendly neighborhood, in the middle of a park in Kleinbasel. Only a few steps away from the apartment you reach a small river in a very nice and green recreation area. Public transport you can reach in only 3 minutes walk. The equipment is urban, stylish and warm. You will feel at home. (I am new at Airbnb, so very curious to hear your opinion and pleased to host my first guests!)
