Situated on the first floor with lift, this modern studio offers you space adjustable modules with a fully furnished place with high speed internet, coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, television, books, oven, fridge and everything needed to make your stay a comfortable one.

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.

The studio is located directly at the Spalentor to the city center. The house is 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. Also in walking distance you can reach the stop of the airport bus and the direct bus to the train station SBB (3 stops). For car drivers we can provide a garage box 10 francs (night) The cozy, quiet and high quality guest studio (40m2) is located in the basement of a newly built apartment house.

Grosse, helle Altstadt Wohnung

Im dritten und vierten Stock befindet sich die grosse und helle Wohnung. Wer die Stadt hautnah erleben will, liegt mit der Wohnung am Spalenberg ideal. Zu Fuss ist man in 2 Minuten am Marktplatz und in weiteren 2 Minuten am direkt am Rhein. Wer Abends ins Kino oder Theater will, kann alles zu Fuss erreichen. Die Wohnung ist auf 2 Stockwerke aufgeteilt und liegt sehr ruhig.
