Enjoy this charming 2 bedroom cabin on Cable Lake in Spooner, Wisconsin. In the early 1930’s, an old boxcar was skidded across the frozen Cable Lake and became a cozy little cabin. Today, tucked beneath a stand of mature Norway pines, it is a great place to enjoy the solitude and beauty of northern Wisconsin. The large front deck sits right on the waters edge and is a perfect place to relax, watch the loons, bald eagles & sunsets or plan your fishing strategy. Lovely place for up to 4 people.

This gives our guests access to the golf course, beaches, indoor swimming pool*, bocce ball, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, and other recreational activities! Nestled away behind the pines :) The area offers plenty of out door activities, year round. Take a walk on the quiet, peaceful lakeshore, or jump on the trails just down the road for some OTR fun. There is also the well known ice age hiking trail close by. We do offer maps located on your welcome stand to help you navigate our great community.
