"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.

È un antico casolare in pietra del 1800, all'interno del quale si trovano due appartamenti. Ogni appartamento ha ingresso indipendente: ci sono due bagni, due cucine e due camere da letto con una vista meravigliosa sulle montagne. Si trova in posizione molto panoramica, a 750 metri slm, a soli 7 km dal centro di Assisi, luogo di arte, cultura e spiritualità. Piscina panoramica con idromassaggio. Relax assicurato!
