Quirky Tin Cottage near the Mendip Hills

Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.

“A Roost With A View”, a self contained cabin & garden in the grounds of our family home, with beautiful views of the Mendip Hills. It is a 3 min walk to Chew Valley Lake and 20 min stroll through fields to Chew Magna village, with pubs, restaurants & shops. We are also on the Sustrains Cycle Way. We are close to Bath, Bristol, Cheddar and Wells. A welcome pack of tea coffee, milk & water is provided to get you started, all towels and bedding included. Plenty of parking. No cleaning charges.

Lower Brook Cottage is a cosy 18th Century cottage located in the picturesque village of Woollard within easy reach of Bristol & Bath. The Cottage has two bedrooms and is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and we are also dog friendly (1 small/medium sized well behaved dog is welcome!). Ultra fast fibre broadband is a recent addition for guests needing to work from the cottage or simply surf the internet .
