The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, with a beautiful spacious kitchen and dining room on the entry level. NOTE: no oven, but has a stove top. A bedroom ceiling fan has been installed. As the apartment is over 2 levels, please consider this if you have mobility issues.

Two en-suite bedrooms have hydronic wall heaters and the kitchen/living room has a gas fireplace and a river view.

The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.
