Each of the three additional bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable queen-size foam bed, also with luxury cushioned toppers. For convenience, a two-car carport is located near the side porch, allowing for easy access to the home. The living room offers plenty of space to relax, with an oversized plush couch, two leather chairs, and a stunning 75-inch TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample cabinet space and modern appliances, including a brand-new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven hood, and stove. Adjacent to the kitchen, the separate laundry room/mudroom provides access to both the kitchen and the side patio. Outdoor spaces include a large covered front porch and a charming back porch with a pergola, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Up to 2, mid to small sized dogs allowed. Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge.
