Great amenities in town including tennis, sailing, outdoor yoga, sunbathing, plus nice restaurants. Pedestrian and dog friendly town; you don't even need a car while here.

Amazing Lower-level unit, sleeps up to 4 ppl. comfortably with 1 bathroom to stay in, close to Belmont Park, UBS ARENA, and JFK airport WIFI, Netflix, microwave, coffeemaker, desk, dining space, refrigerator, one queen bed, sofa bed, twin bed, and laundry space Private Entrance, Free parking for one car in the driveway, under reservation (Can't park in the street after 2 am). Security cameras on the property. I will be your host during your stay, and you will have plenty of privacy.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.
