If you fancy country living at its best, this is the place. One well behaved dog is included with guest fee.

The Guest House is spacious, comfortable and has loads of amenities. It is the perfect place to have a break and unwind. Enjoy being in the heart of the stunning Surrey countryside and walk around the lakes, forests, heathlands and hills right on your doorstep. You are surrounded by The Flashes, Frensham Common and Hankley Common which are simply beautiful. You can swim at Frensham Great Pond, bring the bikes, walk the dog/s, explore the local area and the excellent pubs. Just relax and enjoy!

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Little Oaks annexe is located in the village of Beacon Hill, Hindhead close to the well-known beauty spots of the Devil's Punch Bowl and Frensham Ponds, in the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. On a peaceful residential street just a few minutes walk from National Trust open spaces, we offer a quiet getaway for a break in the great outdoors. With a well equipped kitchen and good transport links, Little Oaks is also a good choice if you need to work away from home.

The Annex, Hindhead

Large double room with own kitchen and bathroom. Conveniently situated just five minutes from the A3, on a private development, giving easy access to the coast, Goodwood, Farnham or Guildford. We are a 15 minute walk to the National Trust area of the Devils Punchbowl and a 5 minute drive to Frensham ponds. You have your own separate entrance to come and go as you please. Although if you need any advice we can be on hand to help with finding coffee shops or restaurants to visit.

Quietly situated on the side of Blackdown in the South Downs National Park, 2 miles from Haslemere and convenient for visiting Chichester and Goodwood, The Barn is a well-appointed guest suite which offers comfortable accommodation for two. Convenient for exploring the local area, with immediate access to numerous public footpaths including the Sussex Border Path and Blackdown Hill. Ideally situated for animal lovers with an abundance of wildlife plus our own pet alpacas.
