The lake is across the highway but is not beach access because of the freshwater springs near the shore. There is a great view of the birds and wildlife that love the fresh water, reeds, and trees. Come camp on our farm!

Peace and quiet await you in this off-grid cabin by the lake. Bring your kayak or paddle board and enjoy the water or enjoy a book on the porch. The Farm is a short, 15 minutes from Preston, Idaho. Five minutes from three reservoirs for fishing, or water sports. The unpaved road connects directly to scenic trail rides for hiking, biking, or your favorite off-road vehicle. Deer, elk, fox, and a variety of birds are just a few of the common neighbors. Several hot springs are also in the area.

Watch the sunset from your porch area, watch the rolling waves, or take a few steps and be in the water! These are located in a primitive area. So if you are looking for a lakefront camping experience with a soft landing ( cozy beds) then we will leave the solar light on for ya!! We keep it simple for a totally different experience! Cozy Cabin in Mink Creek Idaho

Welcome to our cozy log cabin in the serene Mink Creek Valley Idaho. Quiet with beautiful views. Come stay in a real log cabin. Cabin is "unplugged" with no WiFi or cell phone service. There is a TV and DVD player. Float the Bear River at the Oneida Narrows, go to Bear Lake or go to the Maple Grove Hot Springs in Thatcher, ID. Closed during the winter months. I try to open in April or May. I’ve unblocked some dates. Message me if there’s a date you’d like but it’s blocked.

Your private cottage is surrounded by beautiful farm and ranch land. This cottage, located just 1.5 miles south of Preston’s city center, is the perfect place to relax, view the mountains and enjoy the outdoors. We would love to have you come stay at our beautiful home right off of the North Shore. We have 4 bedrooms, huge living room and kitchen area plus a loft area upstairs. 1 queen, 4 full and 12 twin beds. Plus extra couch space and room to add people. We have room to sleep 22 in beds and even more when you include couches and other areas. Quick access to the North Shore Beach and 10 minute drive into town where you can get the famous raspberry shakes.
