If you're looking for a secluded mountain getaway this is not the place but if you are looking to be in the heart of downtown festivities then our loft is the perfect place for you! Our loft has local art, a small balcony, high ceilings and exposed brick. We are right in the center of all the downtown action. You are literally steps away from incredible craft beers, award-winning food and regional music. Downtown is lively especially at night where you can hang out and see a local funk band or head down to the drum circle then sleep late then head downstairs for a massage. Luxury downtown loft on second floor of historic brick building. Sitting balcony overlooks College St. Completely equipped kitchen Coffee maker Coffee & Tea provided HDTV with Sling TV and Netflix and local channels Wireless speaker Pullout couch with Sealy Posturepedic mattress Queen size bed with memory foam mattress and pillows Washer and Dryer We live in Asheville nearby but do not live in the building but are happy to answer any questions you have. The home's convenient downtown location puts the vibrant Asheville culture right outside the door. Dine at award-winning restaurants and bakeries, try some new drinks at the local breweries, and enjoy the energetic nightlife of the area. You are close to several parking decks. You will not need to drive unless you are going to the River Arts District, Biltmore House or hiking in the mountains. Located between Lexington Ave & Haywood St, the loft is a 1 minute walk to Pack Square and Biltmore Ave and a 3 minute walk to the Grove Arcade & Wall St. Taxis and Uber run all the time. We allow dogs with prior approval. The building has an elevator. The entrance to the building has secure keypad code access. The bedroom is in the interior of the condo with pocket doors to separate the room from the living area and windows. Downtown Asheville can be noisy and music can be heard most nights. We have a white noise machine and earplugs to minimize any disruption. It can however be loud for guests sleeping on the pullout couch in the living area. We cannot issue refunds for noise emanating from the neighborhood around the condo.

Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

You’ll love staying in our cozy above-garage studio during your stay in Asheville! Can only except reservations for 2 ppl. We are less than a mile from downtown and only blocks away from coffee shops (Owl Bakery, City Bakery, Liberty House & Starbucks), plenty of restaurants (Jettie Rae’s Oyster House, Taco Temple, Bone & Broth), ice cream (Ultimate) and exercise studios (Asheville Yoga Center &SOR). We are also only a few miles from the iconic Grove Park Inn. Uber downtown approx. $9 per ride.

The Atomic getaway is a newly furnished, open concept midcentury studio. The apt is located on the ground floor featuring a private entrance, a sitting patio and off street parking. The spacious living area has a smart tv, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, a Keurig, and a water cooler. The sleeping area includes a king bed and another tv. Conveniently located in downtown Asheville, the Atomic getaway is the ideal home base for exploring all destinations Asheville has to offer.

You living space is an entire lower floor apartment, located on desirable Town Mountain, sitting directly above downtown, which your deck overlooks. Our location, three minutes from downtown, is ideal for being part of everything Asheville has to offer while still being "away from it all" during your downtime. The 1,400 sq. foot space includes a fireplace, large windows, flat screen TV, full bath, kitchenette and a 700 sq. foot walk out deck to enjoy your morning coffee or to watch the sunset.

Just Beyond Utopia is a charming cottage located on a 12 acre wooded estate just three miles from the heart of downtown Asheville. The estate has gardens, forests, and a Swiss Family Robinson style tree-houses with a fire pit to relax and socialize with friends and family. The cottage has a queen bed, bathroom with a shower, full kitchen, and a ladder to climb to a cozy loft, perfect for younger family members with 2 twin beds. The upstairs apartment features one bedroom, one bath, an eat-in kitchen & small living room. It’s across the courtyard from our home & features glorious wood craftsmanship throughout.

The cottage is a separate unit with a private entrance. 400 square feet with a bathroom, kitchenette, heart of pine antique floors. We are two miles from the Grove Park Inn and four miles from the Biltmore house. The space is appropriate for two adults or one adult and one child.
